Inserso Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Certification

VIENNA, VA December 27, 2013 – Inserso Corporation announced today that it has successfully earned the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 20000-1:2011 certification. The certification demonstrates Inserso’s commitment to deliver superior IT managed services to customers and business partners.

ISO/IEC 20000 is the international standard for IT service management, which includes the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfill service requirements and provide value for both the customer and the service provider.
