Quality Assurance Program

Inserso's Quality Assurance Program is based on our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), SEI CMMI Level II assessed program management practices, task-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP). Collectively these procedures will monitor and control our team's performance throughout the EAGLE II program and its task orders to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations. We tailor specific Quality Assurance (QA) activities for each task order in the QCP. The following types of activities are used within each QCP:

  • Inspections and Audits
We complement process control with a robust inspection program to assess our results. We use six different types of inspections and internal quality audit methods: project management quality assessment reviews, milestone reviews, product reviews, peer reviews, process audits, and customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Corrective and Preventive Actions
Preventive actions arise from our risk management approach and our general knowledge of our customer's processes and our expertise in the services. Corrective actions are devised to solve problems identified during our inspection and review process.

  • Training
Before assigning an individual to a task order, we will validate the certifications and qualifications of all candidates by checking references and certification completion. After assignment, we will implement a training program that includes professional improvement as well as transfer of domain knowledge from senior team members to less experienced members.
