Hamid Moinamin
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Mr. Moinamin is President/CEO of Inserso, a company he established in 1994. Under Mr. Moinamin's direction, Inserso's client base has consistently increased. Mr. Moinamin has been responsible for managing clients and partner relationships. He has successfully managed many of these relationships with organizations such as Microsoft, Newspaper Association of America, Commonwealth of Virginia, PRIMEDIA, Bearing Point and Ceridian Employer Services.
Mr. Moinamin represents Inserso at local business and community events and has served many positions on the Board of Directors for the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) DC chapter, including the DC Chapter President. He is actively involved with Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and has co-chaired the excellence.gov awards for two year. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia.

Derrick Tam
Vice President

Mr. Tam joined Inserso in January 2000 to improve the company's development practice and overall structural organization. As Vice President, he has been responsible for developing and enhancing the company's processes for software development, project management, and employee review and evaluation. Mr. Tam currently manages all of Inserso's development practice and day-to-day operations, while heading projects for key clients and providing technical support for sales.
Prior to joining Inserso, Mr. Tam worked as a software engineer for Lockheed Martin on a classified CMM Level 4 satellite command and control system. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Max Hildreth
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hildreth joined Inserso in May, 2007, as the Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for assessing, defining, and applying suitable technologies within Inserso’s operational and business development environments. Mr. Hildreth also provides executive oversight to all of Inserso’s technical projects and corporate initiatives. Mr. Hildreth brings 35 years experience in the Information Technology industry. He is an expert in the design, delivery, management, and marketing of computer-based systems and networks. Mr. Hildreth is a PMP certified Project Manager with over 20 years experience managing over 25 contracts. His technical experience ranges from assembly language programming to the distributed architecture of worldwide systems. His technical expertise is focused on Software Development Processes, Operating Systems, and the Architecture of Distributed Systems.
Prior to joining Inserso, Mr. Hildreth served as the Chief Technology Officer and Division Director of several companies. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences, including AIM, XPLOR, RTUA, AFCEA, USE and COMDEX. His business development activities include overall technical responsibility for over 50 Federal government proposals, and Capture Manager for over 40 Federal government proposals. Mr. Hildreth holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.

Richard Moore

Richard Moore joined BNX Systems in November 2003 as vice president of marketing, responsible for company and product strategy with regards to packaging, positioning and communications. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology marketing with an emphasis on emerging growth companies. His experience also includes international development, M&A integration, investor relations and support for multiple IPOs.
Before joining BNX, Moore served as chief marketing officer for Cyveillance, the leading provider for online risk monitoring and management. While there, he led the transition of the company's offerings from individual small solutions to an annual ASP service model that resulted in substantially increased recurring revenues. Moore also has served as a marketing executive at Descartes Systems Group and Roadshow International, and was senior vice president of corporate communications at Systems Center and VM Software. Additionally, he has held executive positions within the entertainment industry, including Caesars Hotel-Casinos.

Michael R. Losey

Michael R. Losey, SPHR, CAE, the President of Mikelosey.com, is the Past-President and CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Before being named to the Society's top position in 1990, Losey served 30 years in management and executive-level positions with two Fortune 50 organizations.
In his 10 years as SHRM's CEO, Losey tripled the Society's membership to more than 150,000, increased revenue by six fold and increased net worth 900 percent.
Losey has been active in international human resources and is a past president of the North American Human Resource Management Association (NAHRMA) and the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations (WFPMA). These two organizations link human resource professional organizations around the world. Mr. Losey has also served on the SHRM Board of Directors and boards of the Human Resource Certification Institute, the SHRM Foundation, and the National Academy of Human Resources, which he helped established and where he is currently a fellow.
Mr. Losey has also served as an executive consultant or board representative to Heritage Partners, DeakinPrime, Jackson Lewis, Vault.com, Holmes Corporation, and Pyramid Screening Technology, Inc. He also served as Chair of the Employers' Advisory Committee of the U.S. Department of Labor's Project Employ.
Losey holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's of Business Administration degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan. In addition, he earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He is a subject matter expert in human resource management and association management. He is a subject matter expert and contributing author for both the SHRM human resource Learning System as well as ASAE's Essentials of the Profession.

Donald Upson

Donald W. Upson, former Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia is the current president of ICG Government, a government management and consulting practice. Prior to that, Upson was president and CEO of Upson Group, LLC, an innovative technology consulting business he began in March of 2002 following his tenure as the Commonwealth of Virginia’s first Secretary of Technology in 1998. During his term of service to the Commonwealth, Upson took the initiative in addressing the needs of State and local government and presided as Chairman of the Governor’s Council on Technology Services (COTS). As the Secretary of Technology, Upson served on several Boards, Councils and Committees such as the VIPNET Authority, Virginia’s Center for Innovative Technology Board of Directors, College of Integrated Science & Technology Executive Advisory Council, Virginia’s Workforce Council, VGIN Advisory Board, and Virginia’s Commercial Space Flight Authority Board. He has served on many boards, councils, and committees. Upson has been a seven-time honoree and two-time judge for Federal Computer Week’s Federal 100, which lists the top 100 government and industry leaders in the federal information technology market. He has been a keynote speaker at e-government and technology conferences in the United States and abroad, including Italy, Brazil, Egypt, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
